>>>Find the Show Location at Hampshire College: Turn off Route 116 at the main Hampshire College entrance. Follow the pink line from Bay Road to the Robert Crown Center/Gym. It’s a building on the left with windows on one whole side. Park in one of the lots marked in grey on the map. From the parking lot, you will see a large banner on the building “Welcome to Hampshire College.” Walk around the Crown Center building (follow the orange line) to enter on the campus green side to drop-off/pick up quilts, or to attend the show. (Zoom in to see the map in greater detail.)

>>>Food
The college has a small cafe on the floor directly above the main quilt show area. Direct access is by stairs, but there is a roundabout way to get there for those who need to avoid stairs. (See Accessibility section below.) The cafe is expected to offer sandwiches, salads, snacks, and drinks.
About a mile from the quilt show, along Route 116 (heading away from Amherst) is Atkins Farms. It has an extensive deli, pizza shop, and bakery/cafe for takeout or eat-in.
The town of Amherst is about 4 miles (along Rt. 116) from Hampshire College. There you’ll find a wide array of additional eating choices.
>>>Accessibility
Cars and buses can drop off passengers an easy walk (about 50 feet) from the entrance to the Robert Crown Center. (There is no closer access to the entrance.)
The quilts are displayed on a single level accessible to those using wheelchairs. All vendors and accessible rest rooms are on this level too.
There is no quick access to the cafe and quilting demonstration area in the Robert Crown Center except by a flight of stairs. The accessible entrance to this floor requires exiting the quilt show building, walking ~50’ on a covered walkway to the library, taking an elevator up a floor, and walking the 50’ back along the walkway (on the upper floor) to the cafe and demonstration area.
The Atkins Farms cafe (a mile from the quilt show site) is accessible.
